This was my every morning. As an ambitious high schooler determined to build businesses and make big moves, you’d think I’d be energized for the day. Instead, I was sinking. I’d open my inbox to 500+ unread emails. Each one a tiny sticky note on my brain, silently stealing another ounce of attention and willpower before I even made it to breakfast.
